Combined support mechanism of rock bolts and anchor cables for adjacent roadways in the external staggered split-level panel layout

Abstract Using the spatial structure of external staggered split-level panel layout, a combined support technology for adjacent roadways was developed and analyzed rock bolt anchor cable mechanism. The influence side parameters on mechanical properties anchorage body stress distribution lateral coal were revealed using FLAC 3D software. optimal bolts cables subsequently determined, effect gob-side entry in mining scenario verified. results show that improves state body, producing good protective air-intake roof wall. This is beneficial to stability wall realization suspension cables, which turn makes surrounding maintenance thick seam more favorable.
